How much sleep your baby, and during the day?

My son is 5 months old and sleeps 7-6, but during the day he likes to have around of a 30-45min or 2 hours every dream becomes reality unresolved is this normal or is sleeping for so long?

My baby sleeps about 6 months 10 hours of the night and usually about 4 hours total during the day. I do not really think you think the baby is sleeping a lot. He only needs maybe some babies sleep more than others. And a bunch of short naps that makes it look like for a lot.

How much sleep is a necessity for the average person in maintaining proper health?

I know that receiving 9.5 hours of sleep restore a person's immune system, and at least 8 hours in the anabolic activity guide efficient and effective neurohormone. You literally have no effect on me than I am easily frustrated and my eyes blurred. Sometimes men being wounded in a position vertical for so long. But apart from that work well.
