Can not find long-sleeved bed jacket anywhere and no sewing!?

I slept in my stomach all my life, and have trouble sleeping in any other position. I've always had a terrible position, and have developed back pain and wonder whether they are related to sleep. Thank you!

When I was in nursing school learned that it is best to get some sleep on your side with a pillow between knees and one under his arm, or get a body pillow. This allows the spine to stay in alignment with itself. I used to sleep on anything, but my stomach and gradually become home to sleep with a body pillow and I love it! Good luck!

I slept for 14 hours last night and I could not believe it. What is the world record?

Perhaps as people see more and more records, one has to wonder if the dream was actually a coma. Comas can take as little as 8 hours or less. But owuld be hard to know which is the longest sleep and not eat. Coma would probably be longer month.
