depression or sleep apnea?
I had trouble sleeping for nearly two years, and depression for two full years. i was just diagnosed, SA, and I'm equipped with a breathing device for wear. I would appreciate personal experience. I know what the dangers of sleep apnea are.
My husband has a C-Pap machine and that helps to loads. It will take a little getting use to but the benefits are worth it. We found through trial and error that is more comfortable if the team is above the bed (in the header). It allows the tube to move more freely when you go from side to side and from that he likes sleeping on his stomach, which allows some of that too. Regular breathing exercises greatly increase the ability to inhale and absorb the oxygen that gives life. The capacity of the lungs during respiration increases even unconscious. Four breathing exercises are particularly helpful:
