How can I help a 16 years with insomnia and anxiety?

I'm an exchange student hosting this year. She has a great deal Anxiety about school and their transfer and is not sleeping: (She asked me to take her to the doctor for medication for this, but as a user Ambien I agree. It talk openly about the pressure on it and do what we can to help. I would like if someone could advise me on the natural resources of these problems with the diet and vitamins, etc. .. Thank you!

Hi Sammy, I can sympathize and try 2 offer solutions … my strength as I 2 to drugs and I think in this day and people of age on the use of them to help things that can be remedied b naturally.I might need a night Chill & Relax by sitting and watching a good movie and then feel a good bath with essential oils of lavender (only a small drop) and then a glass of milk, such as Horlicks or Ovaltine …. 2 The mind tends to relax more when the body is … I hope this helps and I am very happy to talk openly about the stress or, as is 1 / 2 of the battle as well …
