Stop Snoring And Start Sleeping

Anyone try one of these kinds of pillows? What was the brand and what did you think of it?

My hubby has one NO they don’t work its a waist of money there heavy and very uncomfortable there is a spray that does work it numbs your adenoids and relaxes them do they don’t hit the back of your throat and make that noise if its bad enough you might want to consider getting them removed
