7 hours sleep enough for a 34-old boy?
Seven hours is enough?
That's probably just about right, if active. Of course, everyone is different … Some people need more or less. But I read that 7 hours is the average length of time adults need of sleep a day.

Is there a prescribed sleeping medication that can be used if you have obstructive sleep apnea?
I use Bi-PAP, but still can not sleep. I thought I read somewhere that there is a prescription sleeping pill that is safe for people with sleep apnea obstuctive use.
If pills sleeping, there are recipes that are safe for people with OSA. If you have concerns b / c you feel that if you sleep too hard you might have an apnea and not wake up to yourself while you are using your Bi-PAP, theres no worry. How can someone who snores, but she wakes up?
My dad is failing in my apartment. Well, I'm going to let me use my bed as accident the coach, but while I was watching TV before bed began to snore while awake. How is that possible? I know I was awake on the road.

Cleaning stuffed animals?
I have lots of stuffed animals very dirty and very expensive … a song and snoring Ernie, one of the teddy bears with fiber optic lights, another bear that makes noises twilight … I was thinking of putting my hair in the lowest position with a couple of wet towels to see if they become cleaner … Do you think this to work, or just do more damage? You should hand wash with mild soap and water, not much. Rinse in a way so that water does not drain out of the stuffed animal in it
